Hanuman Tok
Hanuman Tok is a Hindu temple complex present in the upper reaches of Gangtok, capital of Sikkim.
It is devoted to “Lord Hanuman” and one of the most renowned temple in Sikkim, managed and maintained by a division of army of India.
According to our ancestors, Lord Hanuman halted at this place while carrying Sanjeevani Booti from the himalayas to Lanka for saving the life of Rama’s younger brother Lakshmana.
There is also a Small temple of Saibaba near Hanuman Temple and you can see several Stupas and Chortens.
Tashi Viewpoint
This view point offers the spectacular view of peaks like Mount Kanchenjunga and Mount Siniolchu. It is also a perfect place for the panoramic view of Gangtok.
The Tashi View point was built by king of Sikkim, “Tashi Namgyal” who ruled Sikkim between 1914 and 1963.

Lal Bazar
The Lal Bazar of Gangtok is located near the M.G Mar. The bazar is famous for its vegetables and fruits shops.
It was established in the year 1956 as an open market for the people of Gangtok to display all their produces.

Nathula Pass
The Nathula pass is a mountain pass in the Himalayas. Nathula means “listening ears” and La means “pass”.
